rubelis.eu uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage and, only if you allow it, cookies for visitor statistics and for advertising measurement and targeting. Rubelis OÜ is responsible for the use of cookies on rubelis.eu.
On your first visit a cookie banner opens at the bottom of the screen. It explains that, apart from strictly necessary cookies, we use cookies only with your permission for visitor statistics (Google Analytics) and for ad measurement and targeting (Google Ads, Meta Pixel). Three equally prominent buttons let you Accept all, Reject non-essential or Manage preferences (choose by category). Nothing non-essential is pre-selected, and unless you consent, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel are not loaded at all.
Your choice is stored for 12 months; after that the banner asks you again. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Cookie preferences link at the very bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Analytics and marketing tools never run on the account, instructor portal and reading area pages.

Fonts are served directly from rubelis.eu; no data is sent to third parties. Payment (Stripe, Garanti BBVA) and auction (GalaBid) pages open on the providers’ own sites and are governed by their own cookie policies.

The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a); for data subjects in Türkiye, explicit consent under KVKK art. 5/1). These providers may transfer data outside the EU (to the US) on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. When you withdraw consent, these tools stop working from the next page load; you can delete cookies already set in your browser settings.
Meta Pixel and joint controllership. If you allow marketing cookies, Rubelis OÜ and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. are joint controllers for collecting data on rubelis.eu via the Meta Pixel and transmitting it to Meta (CJEU C-40/17, Fashion ID). Rubelis OÜ is responsible for asking for your consent and informing you; Meta alone is responsible for its processing after transmission, as described in Meta’s privacy policy. You can exercise your rights against either party.
